This September, through a grant from the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts, PFP will present over 25 free arts programs at library branches throughout the city. We are excited to offer a wide variety of hands-on workshops, ranging from “Making Mexican cascarones” to “Printmaking as resistance,” taught by a dozen talented Philadelphia artists.
